Healthy eating is a smart job which need not to be overly expensive. If you want your family to switch over the wellness path, then follow these tips:

•    Always plan out a healthy meal in advance.
•    Make shopping list for all the groceries.
•    Instead of going to supermarket, go to your local farmers market to find fresh produce.
•    Always buy seasonal produces as they are nutrient rich, freshly harvested and less expensive.
•    Do not go shopping when you’re hungry, you will end up buying more. 
•    For dairy and poultry products, reach out to your local free-range farm.
•    If your family loves eating meat, then buy from your local butcher as you will get fresh cut meat of your choice. 
•    Do not buy “snacks” for idle time munching. Instead buy fruits. 
•    If you find fresh vegetables that have a longer shelf life at great price, then buy in bulk and freeze them. 
•    Always prepare fresh meals for the day and if you have busy day, then keep them in freezer to be reused again.
