Living surrounded with nature will improve your mental health

We are living in the world where modern technology is something we cannot live without. Not to mention that most of people are using cars, which is one of the biggest sources of the pollution.

Do you know what would happen if we all moved to the countryside, where you have beautiful nature in every step you make ?
Well recent studies have shown that people who live in the countryside are more healthy and that it is affecting their mental health.

You will probably laugh, after you read this, but did you know that nature has longer, positive effects on your brain, more than your paychecks or promotion on your work?
People who are surrounded with nature are less depressive, and don't suffer from anxiety attacks.
The problem is, that when you get a raise, promotion, or things similar to that, they will make you happy for a while.
After few months or even a year, it will stop making you happy, and then you will feel depressed.

It's been really proved that people who live in the countryside are more happy and more calm, which means less stressed.
No one can guarantee you that nature can save your life, and there isn't a magical pill that will, the point is simple, if you surround yourself with beautiful nature, you will probably be more at peace.
No wonder people want to get away from the city bustle, and go to some more quiet place, it is because they know they will manage to relax there.
